| If you are unable to come and see
me in person and you have access to a reasonably fast
internet connection your consultation can take place
from the comfort of your home via Skype webcam. Skype
to Skype calls are free and you can easily download
the software and install it on your computer.
This is already proving popular with patients living
abroad and can also be more satisfactory than the telephone
for a follow up if you are unable to get to the clinic.
Webcam consultations won’t be ideal for everyone
as some people may find it difficult to establish and
maintain a therapeutic relationship with a practitioner
they have never met in person. Children will need to
be seen in person as there is a lot observation involved
from the practitioner side and an online consultation
won’t allow for that.
How to find out whether it will work for you
I offer a free 15 minute consultation by Skype to discuss
your needs and how homeopathy might help you before
any booking takes place. On this occasion you will have
the opportunity to meet me and have an idea of who I
am and how I work before you decide whether you wish
to continue with your course of treatment with me. The
relationship with your homeopath is a very personal
one and you need to feel that you are working with someone
you like and trust.

2. Email your skype name, timezone and location at
practice@silviagiunta.co.uk
to book a 15 minutes free consultation.
3. If you then decide to book a full consultation/course
of treatment I will email you with:
a. Health record form for you to fill in
b. Paypal or bank transfer payments details
c. Appointments availability
4. Make your payment
5. Confirm your appointment
6. Return the completed form and other information you
want to share with me.
The payment will need to be settled at the time of
your booking either by bank transfer or via Paypal.
Before your homeopathic consultation I will send you
a health record form to fill in, please make sure you
state any medication that you are taking at the moment
and if you wish to share any medical test with me make
sure you send them to me via email a few days prior
our appointment.
Brief email support in between consultations is included
in the price of the consultations
If you live in the UK the price will include your homeopathic
remedy and postage if you live outside the UK I will
ask you to order your remedy online from an homeopathic
pharmacy (Helios or Ainsworth in the UK), If you prefer
me to send your remedies directly to you this will incur
in extra charges.
Fees: Adults first consultation £60 (90-120 minutes),
follow up £40 (45-60 minutes) in most cases 2-3
follow ups are required, your individual treatment plan
will be discussed at the first consultation.
